Does the free trial need a credit card?
The Free plan needs no card. For the 7-day Creator or Pro trial, Olaé sends you a reminder before the trial ends: you can cancel before then and pay nothing.
Can I change plans along the way?
Yes, at any time from the Billing section. When you upgrade, the difference is prorated. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of the period already paid.
How do I cancel?
From your dashboard, in Billing, with the “Cancel” button. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then your account switches back to Free. Your content stays available.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Credit and debit cards, and the other methods Stripe offers at checkout. Olaé never sees your card number.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes, an invoice is emailed with every payment and all your invoices can be downloaded from your dashboard.
Why is yearly cheaper?
Paying yearly costs 10 months instead of 12: two months are free.
